Our Position

Strategy and Execution. One Team.

We are not a consultancy that hands you a slide deck and walks away. We set up your store, translate your listings, file your trademark, arrange the bonded warehouse and run your ads — all from our team in Qingdao. This is ongoing market operations — not a one-time project.

The Honest Warning

Getting In Requires More Than Ambition.

China is the world's largest e-commerce market. Most small brands that fail there fail for one of four reasons — not because their product was bad.

Reason 1

Wrong Entry Model

Jumping into a full China entity or an expensive flagship store before validating demand. We start with the lightest path that sells.

Reason 2

Wrong Local Partner

Vendors who quote low, subcontract everything, and report in vague monthly emails. We do the work ourselves and report with evidence.

Reason 3

Wrong Timeline

Expecting quarter-one profits. China rewards brands that plan a multi-year build — we tell you the honest numbers up front.

Reason 4

Unprotected Brand

China is first-to-file: whoever registers the trademark owns it — even your own product name. We file your mark before anything goes on sale.

How It Works

From First Call to First Sales, In Weeks.

A concrete, dated process — not an open-ended engagement.

Weeks 1–2

Research & Strategy

Market size and competition audit · entry path recommendation · pricing and margin analysis · trademark search and filing.

Weeks 2–4

Setup

Store or account registration · localized Chinese listings · brand website and RED/WeChat accounts · bonded warehouse arrangement.

Weeks 4–8

Launch & Marketing

KOL/KOC seeding on RED · launch campaign · paid ads on Tmall/Douyin · first promotions and sampling.

Ongoing

Operations & Growth

Daily store management · customer service · shopping-festival campaigns (11/11, 6/18) · monthly English performance reports.

Entry Models

Three Ways In. One Is Right for You.

The entry model does not have to be the forever model — it is a starting point, not a permanent commitment. Many brands add a China entity later, once demand is proven.

Transparency

The Honest Costs, Up Front.

Most agencies hide platform fees. We publish them. Selling on Tmall Global involves costs paid directly to the platform — separate from our service fees:

Tmall Global Platform CostTypical Range
Refundable security depositUSD 8,000 – 25,000
Annual technical service feeUSD 0 – 10,000
Sales commission2% – 5%
Cross-border tax (most categories)~9.1%

That is why we recommend starting with lighter cross-border routes from USD 2,000 in service fees, not a flagship store. And one honest warning: year one is an investment year — marketing spend often matches or exceeds initial sales. Plan a multi-year build, not a quarterly experiment.

Why Us

Why Small Businesses Choose Us

China has huge opportunity and real barriers. Big agencies price out small brands — we don't.

Communication in your language, execution in ours. Every document, contract and listing ships in English, Chinese or French at native level.

2

On the Ground in Qingdao

A real team inside China — filing paperwork, talking to platforms, checking shipments in person. Not a freelancer network, not outsourced.

3

Fixed, Published Prices

Every service on this site has a starting price you can read right now. No retainers, no surprise invoices, no supplier commissions.

4

Senior-Led, One Contact

The person who scopes your project is the person who runs it. No bait-and-switch to junior staff.

5

Sell-Ready in Weeks

We focus on the fastest viable path — cross-border e-commerce first, deeper channels when the numbers justify them.

6

Built for Small Budgets

Big agencies need USD 30K+ engagements. Our services start at USD 300 — the same China, sized for you.

Glossary

Key Terms, Plainly Explained.

China market entry comes with its own vocabulary. Here is what the words actually mean for your decision.

Cross-Border E-Commerce (CBEC)

Selling to Chinese consumers from bonded warehouses outside mainland China. Most product categories bypass local registration — the fastest viable entry path for small brands.

Tmall Global

Alibaba's marketplace for foreign brands, with no China entity required. If your brand is not on Tmall Global, Tmall or Douyin, most Chinese consumers cannot find it.

KOL / KOC

Key Opinion Leaders (large influencers) and Key Opinion Consumers (micro-influencers). For most foreign brands, KOL/KOC seeding on RED is the main driver of early sales.

RED (Xiaohongshu)

China's lifestyle platform with 300M+ monthly users. Product research happens here before purchase — if your brand does not appear on RED, it effectively does not exist.

Bonded Warehouse

Goods are stocked in a Chinese free-trade zone before sale, enabling 1–3 day domestic delivery while legally remaining cross-border.

First-to-File Trademarks

China awards trademarks to whoever files first — not whoever uses the brand first. Early filing is critical, before any launch activity.
